We founded Locate in 2025 after a decade of watching brilliant small businesses get crushed by their own admin. The pattern was everywhere: a 12-person firm with a 60-person operation, held together by spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and one heroic ops manager.
The tools to fix it existed. The patience to wire them together didn't. So we built that patience into a business.
Today we run a tight pod model: one principal engineer, one automation architect, and the specialists we bring in for voice, data, and design. Two cities, twenty-something live systems, no agency-shaped overhead.
